How our fees work

All prices include GST and are fixed. You will not receive an hourly account for work covered by a fixed fee.

Your fee is confirmed in a written costs agreement before any work begins.

The $440 paid for your initial consultation is credited towards the fixed fee if you decide to proceed.

Every Will and power of attorney is prepared and reviewed by a lawyer, and we hold your original documents in safe custody at no charge.

If your circumstances are more complex than a fixed fee allows for, we will tell you before we start and quote separately.

Estate administration, grants of probate and Estate disputes are quoted separately. Please ask for our fees for that work.
